Wakari Hospital is located in Dunedin's residential hill suburb of Wakari, amid expansive grounds and sea views, and an occasional dusting of snow.
Once a full hospital with staff accommodation, its buildings now house inpatient and outpatient care for mental health, addictions and intellectual disability services, and physical rehabilitation services. It is also where you will find the audiology service, public health and population health teams, and is also home to many of the non-clinical teams at Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora - Southern.
