    Adult Residential Care

St Clair Park Residential Centre is an adult care home catering for adults with complex needs, including mental health and addiction issues.

Our aim is to assist all residents to maintain their independence and involvement in making decisions affecting their lives to the highest level possible for each individual.

We offer a day service for people with Dementia 7 days a week. This can be funded by carer support days.

We operate from a recovery perspective that focuses on utilising residents strengths to help them set goals that are both meaningful and rewarding for them.

Each resident has an appointed key worker who helps them determine and pursue their chosen goal.

We pride ourselves on working with family/whānau to ensure the journey your loved one wants continues when they come into 24/7 care.
