    Living Sober is a friendly online community where anyone can reflect on their alcohol use. This is a free and anonymous website. 

    Living Sober is an online community managed by the New Zealand Drug Foundation and supported by Te Whatu Ora. It started in 2014. The NZ Drug Foundation is a registered charity (No. CC27025). 

    Caring online community

    Many New Zealanders visit Living Sober every day to talk honestly about their drinking. Our ethos is one of tolerance and kindness. No judgement, just understanding and support.

    Free printed resources 

    Get a Living Sober wallet card to give to someone you are worried about. Living Sober posters and wallet cards are also ideal for any medical or community service. Order these resources free of charge from the Drug Foundation's resources page.

    Living Sober is a free and anonymous, friendly online social network aiming to support people to reflect on their alcohol use. It is a safe and supportive community, free from judgement. Features include members feed, member profiles, blog posts by Lotta Dann (Mrs D), Ask An Expert guest posts, and a sober toolbox full of tips for staying sober.
