    Connected Eastern Southland (operating under Community Networking Trust) is a community house where you can access social services and support. We support the Eastern Southland region.

    To access our services, or for further information please visit our website for a referral form, or to contact us directly.

    We facilitate monthly community liaison meetings for agencies and organisations working in the local community, as well as lead and participate in various community projects.

    Services Provided

    Heartland Services
    • access for the general public to Government and community agencies and services.
    Strengthening Families
    •  case management process for families working with multiple agencies.
    Youth mentoring / development
    • Youth Worker - a strengths-based, client focused approach to empowering young people (aged 5-18), removing barriers and providing advocacy.
    • Hokonui Huanui/He Poutama Rangatahi-Elevate - Youth employment pathways, aims to support and empower 15-24years olds who are currently not engaged in education, training or employment.
    Education and training
    Provision of education and/or training courses to the community.

    Budgeting and help with debt
    Budgeting services help you and your whānau look after your money and give you advice on spending, saving and managing debt.
    Employment support
    Employment support services help you prepare for work and/or find job opportunities. This may include help writing a CV, applying for jobs and interview preparation.
    Legal / civil services
    Provision of advice and assistance for legal or consumer issues.
