How do I provide feedback?

You can phone WellSouth and request to provide feedback in the form of a complaint, compliment or suggestion. You can also email or send us a letter. We will acknowledge your feedback. We will do our best to resolve it or pass it on to the appropriate area.

If you do not think your complaint has been dealt with you can take it further. Unresolved complaints can go to the Health and Disability Commissioner (HDC).
