    Waitaki Mental Health Support Group

    This group provides a safe, peer-led, supportive environment for individuals who are experiencing mental health distress.

    On Saturdays there is an informal gathering of like minds for coffee and art and craft, or just to chat.

    Free to attend, and art/craft materials are supplied
