Description
We provide free, confidential, independent information and advice to anyone in the community about anything. This means we have no criteria people have to meet to use our services – we will help and advise anyone.
We help people to understand their rights and how to access the services they need.
We provide people with the confidence and support they need to take action.
We educate and empower the community.
The CAB service in Dunedin is provided by skilled Volunteer Bureau Interviewers who are supported by a manager. Our Interviewers have a comprehensive knowledge base through initial and ongoing Learning and Development.

JP Service available - Monday 3pm - 4.30pm (only at alert level 1)
Free Migrant Information Sessions. Four per year
We can book the SDHB interpreter service (funded by the DCC) if required
