Capri Sanctuary

The Capri Sanctuary programme is informed by evidence, based in experience, and directed at the whole person. The therapeutic modalities used have foundations in Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Relapse Prevention.

Your individualised programme will teach you specific sets of skills to assist you greatly in eliminating, or effectively managing, the problems that are affecting your quality of life. We will help you implement positive health behaviours to support your wellbeing and quality of life. All the learning comes together in a functional and robust Living Well Plan.

Any required alcohol or drug withdrawal management (detox) will be attended to either with medication prescribed by our psychiatrist and/or specific behavioural interventions, all the while being supported by our medical and nursing team.

After-Care-Coaching, and support, will continue for as long as necessary after the residential phase is completed.
