    Access is one of New Zealand's leading healthcare providers, specialising in home-based healthcare and support. We work with the Ministry of Health, DHBs and ACC, among others, to support 20,000 people nationwide to live independently in their own homes.

    Access believes that health involves the whole person, not merely the absence of disease or ill health. The enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of health is a fundamental right of everyone. We develop your support plan (your specific services) in partnership with you and your family or whanau. This ensures you play a part in the services you receive.

    Services include:  

    • Nursing services - continence - stomal therapy diabetes - IV therapy - wound care - palliative care eye drops - catheter care - medication
    • Personal care - meals - dressing and undressing - personal grooming - bathing - toileting - mobility needs  
    • Domestic assistance - laundry - vacuuming - dish washing - bedmaking - meal preparation - shopping
